BionSmartFlow is licensed strictly for single-user usage. Each account must be used by only one individual. Sharing login credentials is not permitted.

2. Subscription & Plans

Access to BionSmartFlow is provided on a subscription basis. Features and limits depend on the selected plan at the time of purchase.

3. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their subscription within 10 days from the date of plan activation.

4. Refund Policy

• Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of purchasing a plan.
• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5 working days.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
• No refunds are applicable after the 10-day cancellation window.

5. Fair Usage

Users must not misuse the system, attempt unauthorized access, or perform any activity that may compromise system security or performance.

7. Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, uninterrupted service is not guaranteed due to maintenance or technical reasons.
